Every time I go to a family restaurant or Highway Diner, Cobb Salads are often available on the menu. When I am able to spot a cobb salad on a menu I’m saying to myself (Yessssss they got it).  

When it comes to salads, the Cobb Salad is the heartbeat of America. A cobb salad is one of the most entertaining salads to eat.  

There are lots of ingredients and it only takes minutes to make.  

I like how cobb salads are presented in layers although sometimes they are served mixed.

What was going through Cobb’s mind. He just wanted to toss together of leftover salad ingredients togther late at night.

Ordering a Cobb Salad may be deceptive with regards to how healthy the salad actually is. Cobb Salads in general are high in calories. But if you are ever going to high in calories, this is a pretty good choice because a cobb salad is low in carbs.
